What's included

Scheduled prevention inspections — every property on the program is inspected on a recurring schedule for entry points, harborage, and food sources, with dated records and photos.
Sealing work, done as found — steel vent covers, mesh screening, sealed pipe and line penetrations, and the other gaps rodents use, closed with materials they can't chew through.
A compliance file per property — inspection records, photos, work orders, and invoices, organized by address and kept current. See what the file does for you.
Run-day batching — properties are serviced in area batches on scheduled run days, so a street of rentals gets done in one trip and priced like it.

How pricing works

Pricing is per door and set by quote. Two things drive the number: how many doors you put on the program, and what the first run finds at those properties. There is no published rate because there is no honest one-size number — a ten-door set of newer Meridian rentals and a ten-door set of older Boise homes are different work. Tell us your door count and we'll inspect, quote, and put the number in writing before anything is billed.

The File Is Yours

Every inspection record, photo, work order, and invoice we've produced on your properties belongs to you, whether you stay on the program or not.

What the program is not

It isn't pest control. We don't trap, bait, or treat active infestations — our sister service, Treasure Valley Rat Control, handles removal, and most managers keep their existing pest vendor for that side. What this program covers is the side the Boise ordinance assigns to the property itself: the structure, the sealing, and the documented record that you were maintaining both.
